Please advertise the 2009 International Geomorphology Conference in your email signature block:

The Organising Committee of the 7th International Geomorphology Conference (Melbourne, July 2009) would appreciate it if members of the ANZGG would add the file below to the signature block of their email client. Sending this information with every email will assist in creating awareness of the 2009 conference, which is vital if we are to build a strong attendance.

A .gif file is included in this web page; you can also download a .png or an .html version. If your email client will allow .html files in the signature block, this is an advantage as readers can then click on the link and be taken right to the 'geomorphology2009.com' conference website.

To use the signature with MS outlook:

1. Without opening, right click and save the attachment to somewhere accessible (Desktop etc)
2. In outlook Select "Tools --> Options"
3. Click the "Mail Format" Tab
4. Down the bottom click the "Signatures" button.
5. Click "New"
6. Type in a name for the signature, eg "Geo2009"
7. Select "Use this file as a template"
8. Browse to the location you saved the file in step 1.
9. Click Ok
10. Add any other details you wish to the signature, your name etc.
11. Click ok.
12. In the drop down box, select the "Geo2009" as the signature to use when sending emails.
13. Click Ok

Test the setup by sending an email to yourself.
